First off a big time thank you to all of our volunteers that jumped in (some for the very first time) to help our Majors with their first competition. Your contributions are and will continue to be essential to our season's success! We are in the heart of the season and this week we will visit Spotsylvania.
Please read through this post, there is a lot going on and we will need all hands on deck. Your time is very valuable and we will make good use of any time that you can give us.
This week the boosters are met with a challenge, we have a band competition and a football game on the same day. The kids are committed to the competition, for them it is a normal competition Saturday with morning rehearsal and travel to the event. For the Boosters we will need to staff our concession stand as well as staff our volunteer crew for the kids on Saturday with chaperones, uniform help, Pit Crew, and hospitality.
Concession Stand - two events this week
Field Hockey - Tuesday September 28th at 5pm.
Varsity Football - Saturday 10-2 3pm

Kids will arrive for rehearsal at the field in the morning.
8-10am - Rehearsal
PIT CREW - Load truck with travel equipment as early as 8am, complete load after rehearsal at the Stadium at 10am
11:45am - Chaperones should be at the school
12:30pm - Hospitality to provide snacks for the kid's bus ride
12:45pm: depart for event
4:15pm: Perform
7:45pm: awards
10:00pm: Home
Spirit Wear
We are working with Big Head Customs again this season to order your Band Spirit wear. For those that ordered in 2019 this is the same company from that season.

Orders will start now and continue through Monday October 4th. Please email your order to president.mvhsbb@gmail.com once received you will be sent a PayPal invoice for payment. Only orders that have been paid for will be included in the submission to the vendor.
